I did spend a lot of time on the wings, yes. They were not all that difficult, just very time-consuming. And I am a terribly impatient person, so this picture may keep me from ever painting wings again.
But I am happy you like it!
Yes, I found some pictures of mine on tumblr where people had cropped away the signature and didn't credit me at all. I was pretty mad and I shy away from using the gigantic deviantArt watermark so since then I've started to hide the signature in the pictures.
I somehow pictured that Cas would have a soft glow, not even a halo, just a glow to him. I thought it would be more in the blue color spectrum but that did not fit with the warmth I wanted to portray for him. I might never draw wings again, though, they took so much time and I am quite impatient with these things
Also, I am really sorry for the tardy response but my life has been incredibly busy, and I did not want to just throw you a one-liner.

Ich bin im Urlaub gewesen, deshalb antworte ich erst jetzt, aber ich freue mich sehr!
Hahahaha, ja, das Bild war ein langer Prozess. Ich glaub zwar, du hast zwischendurch auch mal ein Bild verpasst. Aber ja, es wollte einfach nicht fertig werden. Und bei dem nächsten schein es wieder ewig zu dauern. Ich komm zu nix mehr.
Mhhh, ja, du hast recht, es sieht schon etwas komisch aus ... aber ohne die Flügel war alles anatomisch korrekt, inkl. dem dann nicht ganz so unterfüttert wirkenden Cas. Das muss echt durch die Flügel total anders wirken. Ich hatte auch zwei verschiedene Flügelpaare, bis ich bei dem hier angekommen bin. Sie waren erst blau, aber das passte mir nicht zum generellen Ton den Bildes, dann viel filigraner, damit sie nicht so viel verdecken (und ich nicht so viel Arbeit habe). Aber dann hätten sie Cas nicht getragen (er sah erst wie ne Fee aus, hahahahaha) und dann die hier. Naja, nie wieder Flügel, hihi.
Die Marks liegen daran, dass ich jetzt schon mehrmals Bilder auf Tumblr von mir gesehen habe, wo die Penner einfach die Signatur weggemacht haben und dann keinen Credit irgendwo. Argh! Wenn das so weiter geht, gibts diese Party nur noch mit Wasserzeichen.
Und Dean, naja. Das ist nach der Vorlage meines ABSOLUTEN Lieblingsbildes von Jensen. Ein schöneres gibt es von ihm meiner Meinung nach nicht. Und zum Schluss musste ich das einfach noch verwenden.
Und das führt mich zu meiner Überleitung, dass das hier über kurz oder lang wahrscheinlich eines der letzten oder, wenn keine Muse mehr kommt, das letzte Bild war, dass ich von SPN malen werd. Kleine Vorwarnung.
Aber ich bin total raus und die Leidenschaft ist weg. Die letzte Folge, die ich gesehen habe, war 7x10 vor anderthalb Jahren. Und das, obwohl ich die 7. Staffel zuhause hab. Ich komm einfach nicht mehr rein. ... Naja, vielleicht wirds mal wieder. Aber versprechen tu ich nix.
Ansonsten Doktorarbeit, Patienten, Freunde, Urlaub, das Leben ist stressig, aber gut. Und bei dir? Alles okay?
Ich hab das Zeichnen auch so dermaßen hinten angestellt, dass das nächste Bild immer noch auf dem selben Stand ist, wie beim letzten Kommentar. Aber vielleicht wird es jetzt am langen Wochenende, wenn meine Mama da ist und sich kümmert und ich Zeit hab zum Gammeln. Mal sehen, Sonntag vielleicht. Allerdings, wenn mein Nebenjob weg ist im Januar und ich mehr Zeit habe, überleg ich Commissions anzunehmen. Mal schauen, wie da das Interesse ist.
10.-11. Stunde?!?!?!? Durchgängig? Bei uns war die 7. das höchste der Gefühle. Dafür hatten wir 0. Stunde ab kurz vor 7 Uhr. Jaaa, ich vermisse diese Zeit nicht wirklich. Hihi.
Das Bild von Jensen ... mhhhh ... ich find aus dem Stand nur ein anderes aus dieser Serie www.monstersandcritics.de/down…. Das find ich auch sehr schön. Aber er ist nun mal ein Hübscher. Die Bilder für Staffel 9 sind auch so toll. Vielleicht demnächst dann keine thematischen Bilder, sondern nur noch Dean im close-up. Aber das ist auch langweilig.
Ja, ich bin halt an den Avengers und den dazugehörigen Filmen hängen geblieben. Und da fällt mir ein, ich hab immer noch das Avenger/SPN crossover in petto. Mal sehen, wann ich wieder dazu komme. Das ist momentan das einzig aktuelle. Ich habe keine Zeit, mich in ein anderes Fandom einzufinden. Hannibal scheint in zu sein, aber ich hab die erste Folge gesehen ... und naja. Breaking Bad sollte ich unbedingt schauen, nach der ersten Staffel ist der Funke nicht übergesprungen. Also weiterhin Steven Grant Rogers
