This is the digital painting for the first winner of "Make a Wish".
The prompt was Tony/Steve: "An intimate moment/a chaste kiss between Steve and Tony in the midst of a battle" by ~superfizz.
I don't know if you thought of this but I hope you like it!
Tony wonders how the things they fight get weirder every time the Avengers assemble. Pink jello giants in March are uncontested number one, though. He smelled like a walking strawberry for a week. Overall, the winged monsters of the week do not even rank top five. They love to set things on fire, but Tony has an affinity for that, too, so he can't judge. Eating human livers though, not so much.
They are easy enough to kill while he flies through them and blasts. He listens to Clint announcing via the com that the Other Guy has started to throw cars at the flying beasts. Capsicle answers that he'll run over and talk him down before the Hulk picks up one with people hiding in it and Natasha confirms two more kills. They're truly a team now. And they could be done within the hour and finish the Mario Kart tournament Jarvis has on pause for them (Clint was totally cheating). Everthing is easy as pie.
That is until one of the suckers grabs Steve by the cowl.
Tony doesn't know how it happens (Jarvis will later inform him that his heart rate spiked and he went straight through a wall) but suddenly he's down there and Clint's cursing into his ears.
"Oh my god, my EYES! Stark, think of the people with supervision. I do not need to see you feeling up our dearest leader."
He feels Steve smile against his lips though, and he turns the thing coming up behind him to sludge without letting go.
"I am BLIND! I HATE YOU ALL!"
