I hear your prayers but will I listen

Castiel always hears Dean's pleas for help. He never strays too far and he always pays attention. He knows it is hard for Dean to ask for help, and his human may say it's not praying but it sounds a lot like it at times. But now he is not sure if he can listen anymore.
